Welcome to the Start of your Personal Health Journey!
This page is brand new and will be updated weekly with stretches, yoga, and calisthenics (high-intensity gravity training). If you would like an introduction to what you can expect on this page, check out my TikTok for a sample video. I have yet to dive into the calisthenics, but will when I myself have built up the endurance. You may also take this time to request what you would like to see more of by clicking the email link below. This link will NOT save your email or send spam emails, so no need to worry to about going back to check your inbox. I would also like to note that I am not a certified yoga instructor and simply created this fully free page to help others who would like to participate.
Announcement!
I would like to host a group yoga session where men, women, and everyone in-between can participate. This will come with a small fee just to account for the hosting platform. You may inquiry below and choose a date that would work best for you! This project is still in the works and will be announced when I have a large enough group to start. If you would like to fill out the form below, you can pick a date and time. This will give me a rough idea when would be good for my viewers!
