Eating disorders, as described by Healthline (HL), are complex mental disorders that affect an individuals eating habits and their relationship with food. This can be caused by a variety of factors including stress, social/relational pressure, personal insecurities, and other factors. Even though eating disorders can be categorized, no case is the same and can affect anyone at any time.
